By 2012, 20 percent of businesses will own no IT assets…. as factors such as virtualisation and cloud-enabled services impact the way we work (Gartner Top Predictions for 2010).

Recent predictions by Gartner and others show a continued growth in outsourcing, both in larger organizations as well as in small and medium enterprises.

Companies are clearly depending more and more on solid and reliable outsourcing activities – especially in IT. However, care is needed when addressing security, contracts, the relationship with customers and suppliers, and finally quality control.

Supporting this quality approach, one of the world’s leading frameworks on eSourcing is now available in hard copy. The eSCM models, developed by globally recognized ITSqc, supports clients and their suppliers as IT-intensive activities are delegated to service providers, in house, onshore or offshore.

The first of these complementary models- eSourcing Capability Model for Client Organizations (known as eSCM-CL) is now published in hard copy format with its companion model (eSCM-SP for Service Providers) becoming available in March 2010.

These two titles are the first in the new ITSqc series - watch out for more products later this year.
